Welcome to health care magic.
1.The report suggests there is a mass lesion at cervix.
2.Possibily a fibroid or cervical mass lesion, which is causing mass effect on the endometrial thickness and blockage and so there is collection seen in the endometrial cavity.
3.An investigation needed. FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology, BIOPSY to confirm the nature of the cells involved.
4.Depending on the findings the treatment depends on. it varies from hormonal treatment to operative removal of mass lesion.
5.Suggest to get appointment and needful investigation and treatment. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
